YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The owners of Rulli Brothers have filed a complaint against Four Seasons Flea & Farm Market in Campbell.

The trademark infringement complaint filed on June 1 alleges that Four Seasons is selling items under a name close to that of Rulli Brothers stores.

According to the complaint, Four Seasons has advertised, promoted and offered grocery services under the name "Rulli's Deli."

Court documents allege the use of the "Rulli's Deli" name at a location within nine miles of Rulli Brothers' stores is a detriment to the stores and deceives their customers.

The complaint also alleges that Four Seasons used the "Rulli's Deli" name with the intent of trading on the goodwill of the Rulli brand.

A Rulli Brothers store has been in Austintown since 1988 with another location in Youngstown since March 2009. The company itself was founded back in 1917.

Rulli Brothers had "Rulli Brothers Market" and "Rulli Bros. Market" trademarked in Ohio since 1997.

The suit seeks compensation from Four Seasons and an order indicating that the flea market used a false designation.
