Youngstown man indicted on charges of rape, sexual battery
The indictment says the victim's ability to resist or consent was impaired because of a mental or physical condition.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Youngstown man has been indicted following an alleged rape.
Sixth-three-year-old Keith Zoblisien was indicted by the Mahoning County Grand Jury on rape, sexual battery, and domestic violence charges.
According to the indictment, Zoblisien is alleged to have engaged in sexual conduct with the victim between January and May 2021.
The indictment says the victim's ability to resist or consent was impaired because of a mental or physical condition.
The domestic violence count lists an incident occurring between April 18 and May 9, 2021, where Zoblisien allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to the victim.
Zoblisien was booked into the Mahoning County Jail Friday but has since been released.
