Two ambulances were called after an SUV ran into a business on Youngstown's South Side on Monday.

A fire department rescue squad was dispatched to South Avenue and East Dewey Avenue at around noon when it was reported that people were trapped in the vehicle that struck the Petra Food Mart.

First responders also asked for a structural engineer to inspect the building to ensure that it wouldn't collapse.

One person was taken to Mercy Hospital. 21 News is working to learn if anyone was seriously injured.
