NORTH JACKSON, Ohio - High water due to the rain stopped three vehicles in North Jackson Wednesday afternoon.
The vehicles were stopped on a flooded North Bailey Road by Interstate 76 around 6 p.m.
A police officer was helping to direct traffic in the area.
On Tuesday, storms caused a tree to come down on a Folwer Township home. Our Storm Tracker 21 Team confirmed with the National Weather Service Office in Cleveland that a gusty thunderstorm caused trees to topple over. The heavy rain allowed for the tree's roots to loosen and fall easily when the wind hit it.
