Ohio Governor Mike DeWine is making a stop in the Valley Friday afternoon.
DeWine is scheduled to sign House Bill 191 during a stop in North Lima.
HB 191 will name the State Route 164 bridge at Interstate 680 after former State Representative Don Manning.
Manning was serving the 59th Ohio House District when he died unexpectedly in March 2020.
The bill to dedicate the Don Manning Memorial Bridge was sponsored by Rep. Al Cutrona, who was appointed to Manning's seat after his death.
The signing of the bill will take place at 3 p.m. at ODOT District 4 Outpost at 10720 Market Street.
DeWine will be joined by Manning's friends and family during the signing.
