Hopewell Theatre to require proof of vaccination and masks for all patrons

Hopewell Theatre board of trustees has announced that all patrons must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 prior to admission as well as wear a mask at all times.
This comes from a statement from Theatre director, Regina Rees and the board of trustees. The statement assures patrons that all Hopewell volunteers are fully vaccinated and are now requiring patrons to do the same.
"We respectfully require that all patrons be fully vaccinated and wear masks. Of course, you may remove your mask while enjoying treats from the bar and snack table. Notwithstanding, patrons will be required to show their COVID-19 vaccination report card prior to admission," Rees said.
This decision came after observing the policies of Broadway and other theatres. The board of trustees feels that this decision is best for everyone.
The Hopewell Theatre kicks off its first show, 20th Century Blues by Susan Miller on Friday, Sept. 3 at 7:30 p.m. The show will be directed by Matthew Mazuroski.
