CORTLAND, Ohio - The 2021 Cortland Community Street Fair will be kicking off on Thursday, Aug. 12 and will run through Saturday, Aug. 14.

The fair kicks off at 6:00 p.m. with an opening ceremony followed by the annual queens contest and Little Miss Cortland beauty pageant, as well as a hot dog eating contest.

On Friday, a robotics competition will be held, along with an ice cream sandwich contest. 

Finally, on Saturday, there will be a canine demonstration, a SWAT truck for guests to observe, a Zumba demo, the annual street fair parade at 6:00 p.m. with the theme of "Lights, camera, action" and the fair will close with fireworks at 11:00 p.m. sponsored by 717 Credit Union.

Daily activities at the fair will also include rides, bounce houses and live entertainment.
