Columbus attorney and progressive Democrat Morgan Harper announced she is running for the Democratic nomination in the Ohio Senate race.

Harper talks about why she believes she's a better representation of the Democratic party and believes the party needs to throw out the old playbook if it wants to become competitive in Ohio again.
