YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Youngstown residents can have their voices heard during a redistricting hearing being held Monday.

The meeting will be held at Youngstown State University from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Chestnut Room in Kilcawley Center.

Parking is available at lot M81.

Other hearings are being held throughout the state next week according to the Ohio Redistricting Commission.

The commission includes Senator Vernon Sykes (D), Speaker of the House Robert R. Cupp (R), House Minority Leader Emilia Sykes (D-Akron), Senate President Matt Huffman (R-Lima), Governor Mike DeWine, Auditor Keith Faber and Secretary of State Frank LaRose.

A website for the commission launched recently, giving Ohioans the opportunity to watch meetings and submit opinions.
