A Sharon man will spend at least three decades behind bars for the killing of a Farrell mother.

The Mercer County District Attorney's Office told 21 News that 28-year-old Sabre Ryhem Chambers was sentenced to 34-68 years in prison.

The sentence stems from the stabbing death of 41-year-old Natasha Talley, who was killed inside of her Wallis Avenue home in May 2020.

A criminal complaint on the incident said Chambers stabbed Talley nine times in the upper and lower chest areas in front of two children under the age of three.

Chambers' sister found Talley after driving by the home and seeing that the door was open. Her body was found on the couch and a knife was found in the backyard.

An affidavit said that the stabbing happened after an argument about Chambers talking to another woman. Chambers left the home after the incident and left the bloody clothes in his car.

He faced 44 charges in connection to Talley's death.

The District Attorney's Office said Chambers apologized to Talley's family during his sentencing and the family said they forgave him.
