NORTH JACKSON, Ohio - Jackson-Milton High School will be honoring the military in a special ceremony before their game against rival school, Western Reserve on Friday, Sept. 10.

The ceremony begins at 6:30 p.m. just 30 minutes before kickoff at 7:00 p.m. It will feature skydivers, an American Legion gun salute and a special flag presentation.

Active and retired military members will be invited to center field where the senior players and head coaches will perform the flag presentation.

The National Anthem and "Taps" will be played before a moment of silence honoring fallen service members.

The ceremony, as well as the game against Western Reserve will take place at Jackson-Milton Football Stadium in North Jackson across from Spitzer Chevrolet. The ceremony starts at 6:30 p.m. and the game kicks off at 7:00 p.m.
