YOUNGSTOWN - Detectives say a wounded victim isn't being very cooperative with their attempts to investigate following reports of gunfire in a Youngstown neighborhood.

According to police, the male victim walked into Mercy Hospital at around 11 p.m. Wednesday with what is described as a flesh wound.

Officers say they found shell casings on the ground at Crandall Avenue and Saranac Avenues on the North Side after several neighbors reported hearing gunshots in the area.
