BOARDMAN, Ohio - Multiple first responders were dispatched to a home in Boardman. 

Boardman Police, Fire and a SWAT Team were at a home on Southern Boulevard Sunday afternoon. 

Responders had been at the scene since 11a.m. Sunday morning. 

An individual with medical issues at the home made "concerning comments," according to Boardman Police Chief Todd Werth. 

Officials tell us the individual was taken into to the hospital without incident.
