Residents of Trumbull and Geauga Counties can take household hazardous waste to Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste Management District's (SWMD) Trumbull Collection Facility on Saturday, October 2 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

This will be the last Saturday collection of the year, but they will be accepting waste on Wednesdays until October 27.

Residents can also bring electronic waste and appliances to the facility on October 2. Accepted materials include but are not limited to oil-based paint, oil, anti-freeze, batteries, propane tanks, and fluorescent light bulbs.
