YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The suspect in a double homicide case has been indicted on multiple counts by the Mahoning County Grand Jury.

Forty-four-year-old Jabrae Perry was indicted Thursday on charges of aggravated murder, murder, having weapons under disability, tampering with evidence and grand theft of a motor vehicle.

Perry is a suspect in the deadly double shooting that took place on August 24th on the 1200 block on Salt Springs Road on Youngstown's west side.

Forty-nine-year-old Ayanna Mills and her son 28-year-old Brandon Bell were killed in the shooting.

Jabrae Perry was arrested a week later on August 31 in Columbus where he was found hiding in a home on Chelford Road.

Perry was booked into the Franklin County Jail and was extradited back to Youngstown.

He has been held in the Mahoning County Jail since September 9th under maximum security.
