BOARDMAN, Ohio - A new store front may soon be coming to the former Family Video in Boardman.

According to the township zoning department, "Gopuff" - a retail distributor for home and grocery essentials - has been given the green light from the township to set up shop at the corner of Market Street and Shields Road.

According to Gopuff.com, the company provides grocery, home, baby & pet essentials and over the counter medications right to your door.

The company currently has more than 500 micro-fullfillment centers and delivers to more than 1,000 different cities, according to their website. This will be the first in the Valley.

The company's website says they store about 3,000 products in their micro-fulfillment centers. They say these fullfillment centers are open 24/7 in many areas and "late night everywhere else to bring you what you need, when you need it most."

The company says because they deliver items directly from their fullfillment center, instead of picking an item up from another store, they are able to deliver fast. They say, "Your order will be at your door in less time than it takes to finish the next episode of whatever you're binging."

According to Gopuff.com, their Boardman location will deliver to Canfield, North Lima, Struthers, and Youngstown.

According to the site, a delivery fee is $1.95 for each delivery.
