Youngstown woman charged after shooting on city's west side
Clinkscale had a warrant out for her arrest in connection to the shooting that happened at the corner of South Belle Vista and Mahoning Avenues on October 10th.

A Youngstown woman turned herself in after allegedly shooting a man on the city's west side.
Thirty-eight-year-old Shantelle Clinkscale turned herself in at the police department Friday morning.
Clinkscale had a warrant out for her arrest in connection to the shooting that happened at the corner of South Belle Vista and Mahoning Avenues on October 10th.
A man was injured following an argument and was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers said Clinkscale left the scene following the shooting.
She was released from the Mahoning County Jail on a $35,000 bond Friday.
