Two cash registers, safe stolen from Youngstown gas station after theft Tuesday morning
The owner of the store notified officers that two cash registers were missing each containing $2,000, as well as a safe containing an additional $20,000.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Youngstown police officers are investigating a theft that took place at a Market St. gas station on Tuesday morning after a car had crashed into the building.
Officers arrived at the Gateway Gas Mart on Market St. to find a White 2006 Ford SW crashed into the north side of the building allowing the driver to break into the business.
Once the car was removed from the building, the victim, the owner of the store notified officers that two cash registers were missing each containing $2,000, as well as a safe containing an additional $20,000.
The owner was advised by police to call back if any other items went missing.
