Columbiana County Health district invites residents to take health needs survey

COLUMBIANA COUNTY, Ohio - The Columbiana County Health District is inviting Columbiana County Residents to participate in a health needs survey.
The goal of the survey is for residents to provide feedback regarding their needed health services, and barriers they might encounter when trying to access care.
Columbiana County residents over the age of 18 can participate in the survey, and share their opinions about these issues anonymously.
Survey results will be used to determine unmet needs in the community and make future planning recommendations.

Paper copies of the survey are available through the following organizations:
Akron Children's Hospital, Columbiana County Community Action Agency, Columbiana County Educational Services Center, Columbiana County Health District, Columbiana County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board, East Liverpool City Hospital, East Liverpool Health District, Family & Children First Council, Ohio State University Extension, Salem City Health District and Salem Regional Medical Center.
Results of the survey are expected by June of 2022, and will enable Columbiana County health departments, hospitals, mental health providers and other partnering organizations to develop planning recommendations for improving community health outcomes.
