Some incumbents in Warren, Newton Falls fall in voting
Voters in Warren filled five city council seats in Tuesday's general election.

WARREN, Ohio - Voters in Warren filled five city council seats in Tuesday's general election.
Elected to Council at Large spots, were incumbents Helen Rucker and Gary Steinbeck, as well ad Ken Macpherson.
Tod Johnson unseated Larry Larson in the First Ward.
Andrew Herman is the winner in the Second Ward, and incumbent Fourth Ward Councilman Mark Forte was reelected.
In a four-way race for the Fifth Ward council, the winner was Ashley Miner.
In Newton Falls, incumbent Adam Zimmerman lost to Michael Serotko. Tesa Spletzer's recent arrest didn't stop voters from re-electing her to the Third Ward council spot.
In the highly contested race for Fowler Township Trustee, incumbent Jeffrey Davis and Todd Williams came out on top of an eight candidate race.
