A Grand Jury has indicted a Southington man accused of running a motorcyclist off the road, then driving away.
Corey Hoffman, 23, faces a court appearance later this month on charges of aggravated vehicular assault and failure to stop after an accident.
According to a Highway Patrol report, Hoffman’s pickup truck rear-ended the motorcycle along Herner County Line Road in Southington on September 19.
Troopers say the motorcyclist, a 51-year-old Garrettsville woman, was seriously injured and Hoffman drove away.
