CANFIELD, Ohio - The Mahoning County OVI Task Force along with the Ohio State Highway Patrol have announced Friday that an OVI checkpoint will be conducted in Boardman Friday night.

The checkpoint will be on US-224 at the East Golf Hike and Bike Trail in Boardman and will run from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Additionally, police from participating agencies of the OVI Task Force will be conducting saturation patrols in various parts of Mahoning County throughout the weekend.
