1. Throw out recalled food

2. Empty your refrigerator

3. Wash removable parts

4. Clean and sanitize the inside of your refrigerator

5. Return shelves, drawers and food.

If you consumed any of the recalled products and are experiencing any Listeria symptoms, contact your health care provider right away.

Pregnant individuals usually experience only fever fatigue and muscle aches. However, Listeria may result in pregnancy loss or premature birth or cause serious illness or death in newborns.

Non-pregnant individuals may experience headaches, stiff neck, confusion, loss of balance and convulsion in addition to fever and muscle aches.

Symptoms usually occur one to four weeks after eating contaminated food, but may start as soon as the same day or even as late as 70 days after consumption.
