YOUNGSTOWN -  The line of cars waiting to get free COVID-19 home test kits at Youngstown’s Wick Park on Thursday was minuscule compared to the traffic at Wednesday’s giveaway.

Employees of the Youngstown Health Department handed out the tests to just over 100 people who had special cards given to them on Wednesday after being left out of the event at the Covelli Centre where cars began lining up hours before the giveaway was scheduled to start.

Every driver received two kits, containing two tests each during the Wick Park event.
