Aqua Pazzo Restaurant joins growing list to cancel NYE celebrations

Another Valley restaurant has announced they will cancel their New Years Eve celebration due to staffing issues.
Thursday afternoon, Aqua Pazzo Restaurant in Boardman posted on their Facebook Page that "Aqua Pazzo cannot perform to the best of its abilities due to staffing shortages."
Because of those staffing shortages the restaurant said they are unable to open the evening of December 30th, and will also be closed New Years Eve.
"We tried every possible way to get through the next few days but found it an impossible task. What's important now is keeping one another healthy so we can reopen sometime next week," said the restaurant in the post.
Aqua Pazzo joins a growing list of other Valley restaurants to cancel their New Years Eve events.
Michael Alberini's in Boardman also cited a 'loss of staff for their New Year's Eve closure and the owners of “The Federal” in downtown Youngstown announced that due to the rapid spread of COVID-19 and its impact on staff and customers, they also decided to halt operations until the New Year.
