Organizers say a number of the performers had to cancel due to COVID-19.
WARREN, Ohio - Sunday's W.D. Packard Band concert has been canceled.
The band was scheduled to take the stage at Packard Music Hall at 3 p.m. for their Horns-A-Plenty show.

Their next performance has not been scheduled yet.
