Packard Music Hall experiences record-breaking event number in 2021

WARREN, Ohio - Packard Music Hall in Warren has experienced record-breaking event numbers in 2021 while navigating a dynamic and dense landscape.
In 2021 alone, the venue hosted over 160 events, which is more than any other year since JAC Mangement Group began operating the building in 2014.
JAC Management Group President and CEO, Eric Ryan says the venue's biggest strength is its versatility.
"As our entertainment challenger continued to shift as a result of the pandemic, we worked to keep this venue accessible for events, organizations and community groups that were working to maintain a certain quality of life here in the Mahoning Valley," Ryan said.
The venue may be called Packard "Music" Hall, but concerts and music-related events are far from the only type of events people flocked over to see in 2021.
As a result of added layers of COVID-19 precautions, events like graduation ceremonies, dance recitals, lectures and weddings were all able to be held at the venue, challenging personnel to evolve the facility to reach maximum utilization while accommodating crowds with a unique set of expectations.
General Manager for Packard Music Hall and JAC Management Group, Jim Bugos says JAC, saw a need emerge that they knew they'd be able to fill, so with the help of the City of Warren, the venue became a public health resource.
"As we saw it, the more opportunities there were for people to get back to normal, the sooner they would feel comfortable joining us for shows again,"
This strategy worked out well for the venue, as it's entering 2022 with a quickly-expanding event calendar and new potential records to break.
