MCCTC Adult Career Center is offering grant money for students pursuing in-demand jobs
MAHONING COUNTY, Ohio - MCCTC Adult Career Center is now offering a grant from the Ohio Department of Higher Education for tuition and fees for students pursuing in-demand credentials.
Programs included are firefighter level one, firefighter level two, EMT programs, welding short course programs and medical office specialists.
The chosen program must be completed in less than one year, less than 900 clock hours and for which a certificate or industry-recognized credential is awarded in an in demand job as determined by a local and regional needs assessment.
Award amounts may vary and are subject to individual needs and the availability of funds by the institution.
