HOWLAND TWP., Ohio - You may have noticed some new development popping up close to the Eastwood Mall.

Along State Route 46 are two new buildings going up.

Trumbull County Chief Building Inspector Mike Sliwinski said across from the Texas Roadhouse will be Optima Dermatology.

Then just down the street, a car wash is also taking shape. Mod Wash Express will be located next to Aldi.

No word yet on when the new businesses are slated to open.
