Fire damages Portersville bike rental building

A Butler County bike rental building is suffering fire and water damages after a fire that occurred Wednesday night.
The fire occurred Wednesday evening at a bike rental building at Moraine State Park in Portersville, Pennsylvania.
Park Manager, Dustin Drew says he received a call Wendesday evening regarding smoke coming from the building.
Multiple fire crews responded to put out the fire. Drew says the building is facing fire damage as well as water damage after the fire was put out.
Portersville Fire Department's Assistant Chief, Brook Seifert says he observed heavy smoke coming from the eaves of the building's roof upon arrival to the scene. From there, the fire progressed and fire was coming out of the attic area above the restrooms.
Seifert says witnesses claim that lightning struck in the area, however the cause of the fire is still unconfirmed at this time.
There were no reported injuries.
