AUSTINTOWN TWP., Ohio - A 60-year-old Vienna Township man faces five charges outlined in an indictment alleging that he offered to pay to someone he believed was a teenager in exchange for sex.

An indictment handed up by the Mahoning County Grand Jury charges Neal Zickefoose with compelling prostitution, importuning, soliciting, and two counts of possessing criminal tools.

According to a report filed by Austintown Police, when Zickefoose was arrested on February 18 on the 4000 block of Mahoning Avenue, he was in possession of $100 he planned to use to pay for sex.

The indictment states that Zickefoose arranged to meet with an undercover officer that he believed to be a person between the ages of 13 and 16.

Zickefoose is being summoned to answer the charges in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
