TCCHD to host multiple COVID-19 vaccine clinics during week of April 4

TRUMBULL COUNTY, OH - Trumbull County Combined Health District (TCCHD) will be hosting multiple vaccine clinics throughout the week of April 4 offering all three vaccines.
These clinics include first doses, boosters and second boosters for individuals aged 50 and over or those aged 12 and over who are immunocompromised.
There will be a total of five clinics. The first will be held Monday, April 4 at the Niles American Legion (1029 N. Main St., Niles) from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The second clinic will be Tuesday, April 5 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the TCCHD Building (176, Chestnut St. NE., Warren).
The third will be Wednesday April 6 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Lordstown Fire Hall (1595 Salt Springs Rd., Warren).
The fourth will be Thursday, April 7 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Girard Public Library (105, E. Prospect St., Girard).
Finally, the fifth clinic will be Saturday, April 9 from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Trumbull County Action Program (TCAP) (1230, Palmyra SW., Warren).
Walk-ins are accepted at all of these dates, but to speed up your check in process, all guests are encouraged to visit TCCHD's website and download, print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Administrative Record form and bring the completed form to the clinic.
Anyone receiving their booster dose or second booster dose should bring their vaccine cards with them to the clinic.
The Pfizer vaccine is available to those aged 12 and over, the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are available to those aged 18 and over and the Pfizer pediatric vaccine is available for children aged 5-11. A parent must be present with all minors in order for them to receive a vaccine.
