DeBartolo Commons selected as new location for Relay for Life

BOARDMAN, Ohio - The American Cancer Society has announced on Tuesday that Relay for Life has found a new home in DeBartolo Commons.
The decision was made after the event's original venue, the Village Green in Canfield was set to be under construction during the month of June when the event is scheduled to take place.
DeBartolo Commons at the Southern Park Mall in Boardman has a turf field and grass field, as well as space for food trucks, games and entertainment.
The area is also surrounded by a cement walking path to serve as a track for teams to continue the tradition of continuous walking in order to fight cancer.
The event is still set to take place on Saturday, June 18 as originally scheduled.
