YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Beautification efforts continue in downtown Youngstown, as a plot of Green Space near the Youngstown Flea and Penguin City Brewery will soon become a new park.

Legacy Park will be a part of a partnership between the city of Youngstown and the Junior League of the Mahoning Valley. The Junior League wanted to improve the Easter Corridor to improve the entrance to the city.

It is expected to be completed later this summer.
