City of Niles to resurface over $1 million in city streets

The city of Niles is slated for approximately $1.4 million in local street resurfacing throughout the spring and summer months.
The funding comes from multiple sources including approximately $700,000 worth of local dollars, $225,000 in Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) Grant funds and $500,000 in federal grant funds.
The following streets are slated to be resurfaced:
- Cassandra (North Road to Trumbull)
- Mill Creek (Gypsy Lane to Moreland)
- Gypsy Lane (Brentwood to Moreland)
- Woodglenn (North Road to Dead End)
- Johnny Cake (SR-422 to City Limit)
- Clark (Hogarth to Hiram)
- Pleasant Run (Belle Terre to Medowlark)
- Roosevelt (Taft to Spruce)
- Shaw (SR-46 to Dead End)
- Clinton (Taft to Dead End)
- North Carnegie (Robbins Avenue to Dead End)
- Tripodi Circle (Shadowridge Drive to Shadowridge Drive)
- Oak Knoll (Hillcrest to McKinley)
- Fenton (Mahoning to Ann)
- Lincoln Avenue (Hughes to North Bentley)
- North Bentley (Niles-Vienna to Griffin and Robbins Avenue to Harris)
- Wade (John to Dragon Drive)
- Highland (Warren Avenue to West Park)
- Pleasant (Warren Avenue to West Park)
- Chestnut (Water to Smith)
- Smith (Hyde to Chestnut)
- Salt Springs (Fifth to City Limits)
- East Federal (Vienna Avenue to Main Street)
