Pennsylvania State Police are on the search for a suspect that they believe was inappropriately touching himself in two parking lots back in April.

On April 19th, police say that a Target employee was in the parking lot of the Target in Erie when he noticed a man inside a car, touching himself.

The report says that the employee confronted the man, who then hid his face and fled the area before police arrived.

Police describe the man as a possible Indian male wearing a white button up shirt and a gray coat. The vehicle he fled in is described as a white Tesla with black rims, red brake calipers, and no license plate.

A few hours later, police were called to a Walmart in Mercer County's Pine Township for a man matching the above description, touching himself inappropriately inside his car.

According to police, the man fled the area once confronted. Grove City Police Department says they located the vehicle and attempted to pull it over, but the man would not stop and a police chase ensued.

Eventually, police stopped the chase for safety reasons.

Anyone who has information on the suspect or the whereabouts of his vehicle is asked to contact Trooper Christopher Marghella at PSP Erie, 814-898-1641.
