BEAVER TWP., Ohio - Departments from several communities were called out to a house fire in Beaver Township.

Crews reported the house was fully engulfed in flames shortly before 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

According to the home owner, the house is a rental property. He tells 21 News a woman and three children live in the home, but everyone got out safely. Firefighters tell the homeowner, the fire may have started in a downstairs bedroom.

The house appears to be a total loss.

The portion of Western Reserve Road, between New Buffalo Road and the Ohio Turnpike overpass, were closed for several hours due to the fire.
