Warren City Council planning meeting to address fatal shooting of 19-year-old

WARREN, Ohio - Warren City Council is currently in the process of planning a meeting to address the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old woman that left two other male victims wounded early Friday morning.
2nd Ward Councilman, Andrew Herman tells 21 News that the community is invited to the meeting to address violent incidents like this and how they can be prevented in the future.
Herman says the community needs more love rather than hatred.
"The power of love is stronger than the power of hate, so we need to find a way to come together and grieve in the name of love and drive the hate out of our neighborhood."
A date, location and time for this meeting have not been officialized yet, but is in the process of being discussed.
