A prayer event will take place there after the march.
Event coordinator, Danielle Gutierrez told 21 News this event was celebrated worldwide for a number of years starting in the 1990s, but stopped. Gutierrez told us with all the division going on in the world, now is the perfect time to bring it back.
In addition, a praise rally will be held on Thursday, May 19 at The Light Church, who meets at East High School, which will provide a small taste of what the June event will be like.
The Thursday praise rally will begin at 6:30 p.m.
