WARREN, Ohio - The Trumbull County Grand Jury on Thursday handed up an indictment charging a Youngstown woman with one felony count of vandalism for allegedly smashing windows in the Trumbull County Court House.
Joanna McCane, 43, was arrested in late March, four months after she was first booked into the county jail on the trespassing and obstruction charges following her arrest by Warren Police for a November 26, 2021, incident along North Park Avenue.
Police allege that after she was released from jail the following day, McCane went to the courthouse and broke about a dozen windows.
McCane is scheduled to appear for arraignment on June 27.
