Thousands lose power across Mahoning Valley

Mahoning Valley - As severe weather rolls through the area, FirstEnergy is reporting thousands of power outages across the Mahoning Valley Saturday evening.
As of 8:12 a.m., Columbiana County is reporting 11 total outages.
In Mahoning County, over 2,700 homes originally lost power last night. Now about 193 customers remain without power.
Austintown saw 1,300 outages Saturday night. Youngstown reported 880 outages.
Trumbull County has 594 people without power as of 3:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Mercer County had 10,000 outages, with a majority in Hermitage, Sharon, and Sharpsville. Now that number is closer to 5,500.
Lawrence County has 191 outages as of Sunday at 3:30 p.m.
According to FirstEnergy's website, most affected areas in Trumbull are expected to be restored Monday at 4:00 p.m. while most Mahoning County residents are estimated to have power back Sunday night at 11:00.
Meanwhile, Mercer and Lawrence may have to wait even longer, as FirstEnergy lists the estimated restoration times for both counties as Monday night at 11:00.
First Energy tells us they are working to get the lights back on as soon as possible.
