YSU honors fallen students, staff who served in the military
Associate Director for YSU's Office of Veteran's Affairs, Patrick Williams tells 21 News this is the university's 26th year holding this ceremony

Youngstown State University honored students, faculty and staff who died while serving in the military at the university's annual Reading of the Names ceremony Wednesday morning.
The event was hosted by the university's Office of Veteran's Affairs to recognize those who have died while serving, as well as students, faculty and staff who are currently serving.
Associate Director for YSU's Office of Veteran's Affairs, Patrick Williams tells 21 News this is the university's 26th year holding this ceremony, and a total of 67 names were read at the ceremony.
"We're trying our best to keep their memory alive, and we totally have the utmost respect for those who have served our country to keep us free," Williams said.
