TRUMBULL COUNTY, OH - Trumbull County Combined Health District (TCCHD) will be holding multiple COVID-19 vaccine clinics throughout the week of May 30.

All three vaccines will be offered at these clinics.

The first clinic will be held on Tuesday, May 31 at TCCHD's headquarters (176, Chestnut Ave. N.E., Warren) from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. The second will be held Wednesday, June 1 at Niles First Christian Church (33, N. Arlington Ave., Niles) from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

The third will be held Thursday, June 2 at the Girard Public Library (105 E. Prospect St., Girard) from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

All three clinics are walk-in clinics with no appointment necessary, but to speed up the check-in process, TCCHD encourages guests to visit its website and download, print and fill out the COVID-19 vaccine administration record form and bring it to the clinic.

Anyone who will be receiving a booster dose at this clinic must bring their vaccine card. If you are under an Ohio managed care Medicaid plan, you may be eligible to receive a gift card by mail upon receiving your Pfizer or Moderna booster dose.

The Pfizer vaccine is available to minors aged 12 and over, and a pediatric Pfizer vaccine is also available to children between the ages of 5 and 11. Parents must be present with minors under 18 in order for them to receive their vaccine. The moderna vaccine is for adults aged 18 and over.
