Investigators are looking for the cause of a house fire that brought out crews from several Youngstown fire stations early Thursday.

The first alarm went out before 1 a.m. when smoke was reported at a home on East Myrtle Avenue.

Upon their arrival, firefighters found heavy fire at the home.

There was no electrical or natural gas service connected to the home at the time of the fire.

An ambulance was called to the scene.
