The Ohio Civil Rights Commission recently dismissed a complaint of discrimination by Trumbull County employees against commissioner Niki Frenchko.

The complaint was filed in June 2021 by county employees Lisa DeNunzio Blair and Shara Taylor against Frenchko, alleging discrimination.

The Commission dismissed the case deeming it not probable.

The primary function Ohio Civil Rights Commission is to enforce state laws about discrimination, and oversee outreach regarding such matters, through mediation and investigation.

Parties may apply to the Commission for reconsideration of a determination of probable cause or any final commission determination within 10 days of the decision.
