Poland store employee accused of luring teen to back room, then kissing her
An employee of a Poland Township convenience store has been arrested for allegedly luring a 16-year-old girl to the back of the store and then kissing her.
Rocky Singh, 51, of Campbell, was booked into the Mahoning County jail Thursday on a charge of sexual imposition.
According to a complaint filed in Struthers Municipal Court by Poland Township Police, a woman and her 16-year-old daughter told officers that on June 1, Singh asked the teen to come into the back room of the Sami Quick Stop on Center Road, then placed his hands around her waist and kissed the girl on the lips.
Police say security video from the store confirms the teen’s story.
Singh will be arraigned in Struthers Court.
