WARREN, Ohio -  The second of two men charged in connection with a shooting death in Warren has been handed a sentence of up to 31 years in prison.

Cameron Tillis, 36, appeared before a judge in Trumbull County on Tuesday and pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter, a weapons violation, and tampering with evidence.

Tillis was originally charged with aggravated murder in connection with the August 2, 2020 shooting death of 25-year-old Delquan Ware on Summit Street NW in Warren.

Tillis fled from Ohio but was arrested near Seattle Washington in December.

The second man arrested, 36-year-old Stefon Alexander is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter and tampering with evidence.
