Vaccine clinics in Trumbull County scheduled to begin June 27
Trumbull County Combined Health District is hosting five COVID-19 clinics throughout the week of June 27.

TRUMBULL COUNTY, OH - The Trumbull County Combined Health District will host COVID-19 vaccine clinics during the week of June 27.
The Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson vaccines and boosters will be available.
All clinic locations are walk-ins. No appointments are necessary.

Monday, June 27
- Newton Falls City Hall
- 612 W. Broad Street
- 5 to 7 p.m.
Tuesday, June 28
- Girard WIC Clinic
- 979 Tibbetts-Wick Road
- 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Trumbull County Combined Health District
- 176 Chestnut Avenue N.E. in Warren
- 4:30 to 7 p.m.
Wednesday, June 29
- Trumbull Community Action Program
- 1230 Palmyra Road S.W. in Warren
- 5 to 7 p.m.
Thursday, June 30
- Howland Public Library
- 9095 E. Market Street
- 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
To speed up the vaccination process, the Health District suggests downloading, printing and completing the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record form available on its website. This is not required in advance because the form will also be provided at the clinic.
