The shooting happened at John White Park on Kimmel Street on June 16 shortly before 6 p.m.

The other person, who can be seen in surveillance video wearing black shorts and no shirt, has still not been identified.
Video from another angle shows a crowd of people, including several who appear to be young children, scatter as the gunshot victim stumbles toward a pavilion.
Youngstown police are asking anyone who knows either where Walker may be hiding or who the second shooter may be to contactthe US Marshals Northern Ohio Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-492-6833 or Youngstown Crimestoppers at 330-746-CLUE. Tips are anonymous and police say there is a possible reward.
