WARREN, Ohio - A second Brookfield man has been sent to prison for sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl.

Ivan Mach, 23, appeared in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday, where he was given a 28-month sentence after pleading guilty earlier to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.

Mach and Isiah Krzyston, 22, were both indicted following an investigation by Brookfield Police.

Krzyston was first arrested on charges of criminal trespassing and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor when the teenage victim's parents said they found him hiding in their daughter's bed at 5:30 a.m. back in January. The parents told police that Krzyston jumped out of the bedroom window without his shirt, shoes, wallet, or cell phone.

Mach was then arrested less than a week later for having sexual conduct with the teenager.

The teen reportedly ran away from home last November before police found her at an apartment complex with Mach and Krzyston. Both men were charged in connection with her disappearance. Krzyston was still on probation from that incident when he was arrested for the alleged early morning bedroom incident.

Krzyston pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He was sentenced to 30 months in prison.
